Michael J. Ada- Government & Organizational Strategy Lead
Mr. Michael Ada served as the US Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Secretary of Commerce from 2007-2010. During his tenure, he served as the jurisdiction's Director of Banking and Insurance Commissioner. He holds a Master of Business degree and has provided consultation to a number of private sector clients through the Pacific Rim, Asia, and the United States. His area of expertise spans a wide of range of business and capital development strategies for public and private sector clients.
Aadam C. Lortz- Technology & Process Strategy Lead
Mr. Aadam C. Lortz is a highly respected Information Technology expert with a focus on IT architecture and process strategy. He has led multi-national teams across a wide range of complex technology developments and deployments across Latin America, Asia, and the United States. His expertise includes service to national and international client organizations in the areas of finance, government, and retail.
John San Agustin- Security & Compliance Strategy Lead
Mr. John San Agustin has decades in law enforcement leadership and instruction, with a particular focus on investigations. Mr. San Agustin's expertise is highly sought out on a national level for consultation on nationally sensationalized criminal cases and has been featured on Dr. Oz, Investigation Discovery (ID) Network, and A&E Network. Mr. San Agustin has provided expert consultation to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the National Federal Bureau of Investigations Academy, and US Cycling. His focus on compliance with regulatory and statutory frameworks is a key focus of the EMS philosophy.
