Operational Audit Services
EMS provides client organizations with internal unannounced audits focused on adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Findings will be reported to the client organization with recommendations for corrective actions. Audits are recommended to occur once a quarter and may focus on areas including finance, quality control, regulatory compliance and human resources.
Security & Threat Audits
EMS provides clients with a full suite of security and threat audit services. This includes evaluations of physical, infrastructure and operational vunerabilities. EMS specializes in the identification and development of mitigation strategies and processes to ensure the implementation of best practices to safegaurd client resources.
